Choose the edge before choosing the white
The best trim for Paper White depends on the fixed whites and the amount of contrast you want. Compare a close boundary with a clearer outline before selecting a named white. Paper White's blue-gray softness makes it a colored white comparison, particularly beside another clean ceramic white.
A marble vein alone may suit the blue-gray while the basin does not, so both fixed whites belong in the vanity-light assessment.
Put the trim sample in its real orientation
Place two trim candidates as narrow strips beside Paper White, with the fixed cabinet white still visible. Review from the doorway so the strips read as architecture rather than isolated paint. A small difference is acceptable when intentional, but three unresolved whites can make the palette harder to read.
